Vanderbilt Beach Drive Biking

Take a ride down Vanderbilt Drive, which has a wide sidewalk and bike lane the whole way. Take a right on Bluebill Avenue and cross over a bridge to arrive at Delnor Wiggins State Park. A great beach to visit by bike especially since parking is usually full by 10:00 am. Sometimes I feel like riding a couple of extra miles to Vanderbilt Beach, another top-rated beach in Florida. Take Gulf Shore Blvd the whole way as it follows the coast and offers beautiful landscaped scenery for the entire ride; no disappointment to the eyes on this relaxing ride. This route ends at Vanderbilt Beach and is a great place to be a Beach Bum! There are plenty of restaurants and cafés at Vanderbilt Beach to choose from when you get hungry or are just looking to have a refreshing drink on the water. This is one of the few areas in Naples that offers Gulf front dining, so take advantage! Because this area has so much to offer, it is often difficult to find parking, not to worry if you arrived by bike! There are plenty of bike racks and always a place to park. Be sure to stay and watch the sunsets; they are breathtaking.
